Pre-Election

• Two to three meetings before the election meeting hand out the “Upcoming Elections” announcement flyer to members, and advise members/parents by email. 
• One meeting before the election meeting remind students about elections coming up at the next meeting, and remind member/parents by email. 

Election Day

• Bring “Voting Slips” and “Letters to New Club Officers” to the meeting.
• Hand a voting slip, personally, to each eligible voter.
• Try to have a disinterested party available (not a student) to help count the votes.
