When your members really have the hang of meetings (this could be after as few as four meetings), you can incorporate Club Officers. The President’s primary role is opening and closing the meeting (instead of the Chairperson doing this). The Vice President is in charge of handling guests and filling out Meeting Reports. The Club Manager is in charge of getting the room set with materials.
