___ Sign up for Chairpersons Email Loop and introduce yourself on it

___ View typical meeting highlight video on CMS (Chairpersons Membership Site) or at www.speakersleague.com/video

___ Review the Manual

___ Identify target students for your club

___ Find a location

___ Set date of first meeting, and regular meeting schedule

___ Determine tuition and tuition-collection procedure

___ Create and distribute promotional information

___ Acquire and/or print meeting supplies (Member handbooks, timekeeper materials, printed forms, etc.)

___ Register students

___ Launch!
